Community Involvement

At Kristi Roots Insurance, we believe in the importance of supporting this small town. Because of this, we are actively involved in our community through volunteer work as well as supporting local groups.

One organization we are especially devoted to is Blood Source. Every eight weeks, we host an Ione Community Blood Drive to help gather the community and fight for a common cause. Kristi originally started donating due to a family member needing blood, and since then she has been an advocate for the cause!

Other organizations we are actively involved in are sports related. We encourage the involvement of youth in an active lifestyle. We support Amador Youth Basketball, which is a recreational basketball league for children in kindergarten to eighth grade. We also support the Ione Marlins Swim team because we find it important for children to know how to swim, especially in an area with so many bodies of water.

Additionally, we support Amador Stars and are involved in their annual Camp Out For Cancer. Several individuals in our office have been impacted by cancer when loved ones were diagnosed, thus leading to our active support of Amador Stars.
